What kind of ideas do you have about getting referrals? Yes it usually happens naturally but in times like these you need to be more pro-active about getting referrals, and getting great ones at that.

Repeat and satisfied customers are ideal candidates to give you referrals by telling their friends and family about your online business. Do not be afraid to ask for referrals. Give incentives if you must but ask for referrals, and ask often.

Some business owners have systematized the process and about every 3 months or so they send out an email offering incentives to anyone who refers others.
