An Essential Way to Decrease Stress in Your Business
It is a hard thing to say especially in these times but if you find it necessary get rid of the high maintenance or troublesome customer. Once you realize that you will never be able to make every customer happy it will be easy to do. Some customers are always demanding extras but are not willing to pay for them; others are just rude to you and your staff on a regular basis. Be polite but explain that you will no longer be able to do business with them. Offer to direct them to a competitor’s business if it will help. But it is your business and you choose whom you serve. It’s that simple. Remember your ultimate goal is to make money and increase your profits not increase your workload, stress and headaches.
