From time to time you will need to send postcards to current and potential customers.  Many people prefer to be contacted by regular mail and with many companies using just email today a post card can very well set you apart by helping you stand out. 

Another good reason as to when to send postcards is if you have not seen or heard from a client for sometime. Send a postcard with an irresistible offer that they simply cannot refuse. This is mainly to see what the main problem is or if they have moved.
